Amaro Meletti Sour updated (video)
Amaro Meletti Sour
2 oz. Amaro Meletti
1 oz. dry vermouth
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 egg white
4-5 drops of Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters
Dry shake all ingredients but the bitters to froth. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with cardamom bitters.
